My friend and I stayed 4 nights in a twin room. We were treated like royalty by the staff. The location was great and plenty of restaurants around. Choice of 2 pools. The rooftop one was our favourite. Breakfast was nice.
The room was a little stuffy and small with no balcony ( but has window). We did get a budget room though, so can’t complain.
Overall fantastic value.

A fantastic experience at this Hotel. It is in a great location within walking distance to many restaurants bars and the Royal Palace. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Great and polite staff, only 1 key per room, not great if you wanna charge your devices while being out. Great value for money. Lift can be a bit slow. Breakfast was decent. In summary, great value for this 4 stars.

A good base for the main sightseeing spots with helpful staff, a good sky bar and just round the corner from Bassac Lane. The buffet breakfast is good and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The decor is more attractive than most hotels although a little tired in some places. Hopefully a renovation won't spoil the tasteful approach by making it look just like all the other hotel interiors.

Location is very good.
Service staffs & service is good.
But room always differ from online description.
Last time book as showing have Bathtub but don't have.
This time booked with open air bathtub with balcony but no balcony.
