The service here is top-notch. They surprised me with a birthday cake and card and decorated the room too. I was even given an upgrade to the Majestic Suite! It’s a beautifully appointed hotel in an unbeatable location. And we would stay here again if we come back to Phnom Penh.

my experience is very good on my travel trip . helpful stuff for setup birthday surprise for my boyfriend also upgrade our room for big surprise. we're have very good time here good breakfasts . nice pool good for relax and swim . very clean and quiet room . we will comd visit again we will recommend this hotel for our friends too

I was traveling solo, and the room was extremely spacious. I loved having a comfortable couch to relax on at the end of the day. The pool is fantastic for everyone; whether you like to swim, enjoy the sun or shade, there is a place for everyone to have what they like. The breakfast was okay. The egg station and fresh juice were my favourites. The foot massage was amazing, and it was definitely worth it. Close to a lot of great sites.

Perfect location.Old fashioned and inconsistent design.Average breakfast with Medium variety and quality.Excellent pool. Staff friendly but why have they to be dressed like in a show? We asked for a room with palace view and they gave us one with perfect view.

Check in was easy, given welcome drinks, cold towels and told to take a seat whilst they process our booking. The rooms has nice Khmer decor and we are satisfied with the clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are friendly, helpful and very polite, always greeting you with a smile. The breakfast was ample and some items changed daily. We enjoyed the Khmer dishes in the hotel restaurant Melea that we dined there every day of our stay. We were served by Mr Kim Ang who we found to be very attentive and friendly.

The hotel is amazing, right opposite royal palace, 2minutes walk from hotel backyard and we reached the royal palace. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the Khmer herbal spa at the hotel spa was affordable and professional, we hope to come back again soon, we really had a wonderful experience here.
