This hotel is very basic, but I was surprised at how clean and well maintained it was. The rooms are huge and they are perfectly comfortable. It is not a hotel you would ever stay at other than for airport access… as it is far from other parts of the city. However, for the airport it is perfect. I would even be happy to stay there for longer if it were closer to the city centre. Staff were great! The name doesn’t appear in Grab though, but was still easy to find.

Absolutely basic room what is necessary for staying at night in a dry and closed place.
There wasn't electricity during the night, but maybe only that night...
If you need a hotel close to the airport in Phnom Penh, this is the best choice.

Only stay at this hotel if you need to sleep on a bed for a couple of hours. The location is perfect for an overnight layover. However, the hallway and room was a suffocating smell of cigarettes. The bathroom floor was covered in water and the walls were coming apart. Again, only stay in this hotel if you have less than 12 hours and need to stay close to the airport. Also, keep in mind the staff only knows Chinese or Khmer.
