My first time in this hotel. Check in was fast and efficient. Greeted with “humble” swimming pool screened with nice rows of shrub plants. Lobby is where all the welcoming happen. Drinks, food to order, and pool table.. of course the swimming pool the hierarchy of the space, befitting the name Poolside Villa! I had a room with no view.. fair for the price and “unlock-able” door except with the key only.. Air-condition is super cool even in the midday. Service at front desk is always available even when I want to got out at 4 in the morning!

Clean with good smell. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Surrounded by many restaurants. Highly recommended.

This Villa is near plenty of restaurants, bars and social places. It’s big and spacious with some recreational amenities. Browns Coffee shop is within walking distant for online work. The room is a comfortable size with basic furniture. The AC is fantastic during the dry season. Set it to your preference. Easily walk around the block for some shopping, afternoon tea or lounging. The backboard of the service desk offers a look at tours, transit deals or local attractions.

Close to Bsssac Lane which gives you so many options for food and drinks

It’s ok to stay after/before your flight. Staff is very helpful, we got free SIM card and they booked a bus for us to Siem Reap. Good service, friendly reception. Everything that you need is very close. Main attractions are 5-10 minutes walking

This hotel is in a good location, very near the Independence Monument. The facilities are nice. Comfortable beds. The front desk staff was helpful in arranging bus tickets to Siem Reep. The food prepared in the kitchen was tasty and cheap. There are always TukTuk drivers out front ready to take you anywhere. Our one caveat to this praise was a strange odor in our room which never went away. Smelled like Bug Spray. For this singular reason, we changed our reservation... and did not stay here when we returned to Phnom Penh.

The pool was smaller than it looked in the picture. No one was using it. Otherwise, the room was fine. It would have been good if they had slippers and a trash can in the room. People might like that it is close to a foreigners club street

The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. But there is no service to pick up luggage only carry by self

Simply awesome deal for the price! Pool, balcony, serenity and right by the party street and still fairly quiet! I think this is a good choice for long term and short term travelers.
