We stayed here only one night. The hotel itself is nice especially the pool. The staff are all so friendly and nice. However we couldn’t get hot water out of the shower or sink no matter which way we turned the taps. The worst thing was the construction noise from next door. The told us that construction would be from 8 am to 8 pm. That wasn’t true. Construction carried on well past 2 am and started again before 7. We had to change hotels

I stayed in this hotel 3 days and check out on Nov 25, 2023. I forgot 1 bag of stationary ( pens for children and for me ) it valued around 55 usd . I contacted the hotel in the everning on same day and ask for support to check the bag. ( actually not easy to find out their contact caused this hotel do not have official web side ? ! Like other 3 or 4 stars hotels? I just got from FB ? !. At the end they informed that as the house keeper there is not thing left in the room beside the empty bottle ( even the money i left for service ? 😊). I asked them pls check the camera outside because the bag is not small but there were not thing happened . This is the first time I got during my travel to many hotels in many countries. When you forgot things after check out they will keep for you and do their best to inform you. These was not happened with Anik boutique hotel and spa. It was too bad . BTW, breakfast was so poor . And too noisy caused by the contruction near hotel

I stayed at this hotel 3 days for business and checked out at 11AM on Sat Nov 25, 2023. I forgot 1 bag of stationary ( pens for my childen and for me value 50+ Usd ) . I contacted to inform the hotel in the evening on the same day ( not easy to find out their info . No official web side just have FB ) and finnaly got the feedback that after they check with housekeeper, there is not thing in the room beside 1 empty bottle ?!!! Even not mention the tip I left on table for house keeper ? 🤪😊. For any hotels in any countries when i forgot things in room, they will keep and try to find out the way to inform me. This case not happened with this hotel. They even did not care to check the camera outside .the bag not small at all . It made me feed not good at those people at all. It is too bad for the hotel name 4 stars . Btw the breakfast was too poor.

Excellent service, comfortable room, great breakfast, very nice swimming pool. It’s the third time I stayed in this hotel and I fully recommend it. The huge lobby is equipped with lots of sofas and armchairs and the Anik hotel is very close from the center.

This is our 6 th trip to Cambodia and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Phnom Pehn!!! The rooms are comfortable and clean, the attached coffee shop has amazing coffee!!!. But most of all every staff member down to the cleaning staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable !!!!!. They are very helpful when you need medical attention or just directions to where you need to go . They really do treat you like a family member

The room was good with international buffet breakfast, staff are friendly, nice swimming pool. Location for everyone to buy something because near shopping center. Especially, coffee is here Quiet place, good food and very good service

Actually room was OK even the bed is hard. But its older & darker than it seems in the picture. Why I said it worst? In the FIRST MORNING, SOMEONE OPEN AND JUST GOING TO GO INTO MY ROOM WITHOUT ANY KNOCKING / PRESS THE BELL! Fyi, I locked my room alrd. I was super shocked and terrified! I was half wake up to digest the situation. Not long, someone called me and said it was their staff come to wrong room. But COME ONNNNN, YOU SHOULD KNOCK / PRESS THE BELL even you know its empty. To double check. Its basic hotel rules, is it? After that I being terrified someone will come again 😭 Second day, I felt very tired and ask for massage. No one in the front office even lobby! I went inside and knock staff room then someone just come out OMG. Same story in the morning when I am going to checkout, no one there, AGAIN!!!! Back to massage. It is not cheap! $46 dolar for 1 hr!!!!!! I was expecting decent spa room, with spa music, proper massage bed (with head hole), good smell, dimmed light........ It turned only usual room, with hard and no hole bed. They gave me hard pillow. And the nightmare come again. THE THERAPIST CANT SPEAK EVEN BASIC ENGLISH. I ask "massage oil? Yes?" She said "yes chi, yes chi". But she asked me to use the whole massage clothes. I asked why not open? "No chi, no chi" I thought it will be dry massage following with oil. I can't feel relax because almost half hour still dry. I asked again "do not use oil? Where oil?" And I do pointing at her oil and act rubbing so she can understand. She used google translate saying "oil massage". So I thought she understand that it must be massage using oil FROM BEGINNING. Turns out she only massage me on the leg and hands. And she said "ok done" WHATTTT???? During massage I was very cold because the AC, she cant manage the AC, I manage myself. Light are totally bright I cover my face with clothes then she gave me towel to cover. She kept waking me several times with no clear clue what she wants.... I need to digest it superrrrr hard.. Instead of relax, I was superrrrrrrr frustrated. When I check out, I talked to receptionist about all of my BAD EXPERIENCE. She just say sorry2. I want to meet the DUTY MANAGER. and she said no duty manager today, because on leave. Seriously guys.... you only have 1??? No rolling schedule for duty manager? Are you really 4 star???? I travelled to many countries, stayed in various places from basic guest house to 5 star hotel. To be honest, this is THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! True nightmare. You guys should seriously improve. And I AM SUPER DISAPPOINTED AND SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY PAYING FOR THE ROOM & SPA. When you want to stay here, pls think several times. I am strongly NOT RECOMMEND IT. Thanks
