Location is about 7mins by tuk tuk if going to Midtown mall. 10-15 mins by car going to phnom penh international airport. Room is spacious and quite clean. Only thing is that the staff usually don’t greet the guests, instead they just follow you with their gazes.

The hotel room is big, clean, and comfortable. The hotel breakfast is very nice 😋During my stay, I got a free upgraded room to Poolview. The hotel swimming pool is lovely; The staff is very nice and friendly. I highly recommend your stay when you visit Phnom Penh.

Still deserve to stay due to the price and location. I always stay at this hotel at my Cambodia business trip. Front desk stuffs are not friendly with good training at all.

The hotel is quite close to the airport but far from the city centre and other popular spots in Phnom Penh.
I was disappointed with the pool, it is too small and covered with trees. Same with the pool view room, you can't see the pool clearly as it is covered by the trees.
Breakfast option was poor and filled with only Chinese cuisines.
The service is fair, however, a staff tried to open my door without knocking, even with the DND sign at the door!
The facilities are quite old, however, the hotel was clean.
I didn't use the WIFI.

The room was magnificent. The pool was small and quaint. The gym is very good. Staff were very kind and helpful. They printed ticket information. I needed for my Tour. I had a very difficult first day in Cambodia, but the Bali hotel staff really helped me through it. Thank you to the staff of the Bali Hotel.
