Even though trip.com page shows that they provide free air port pickup and transport, they never replied our airport pick up request and no one provided airport pickup. And there is no FREE airport transfer, tuktuk charged us 2 usd, no car transfer was available even though we requested airport transfer when we checked in(trip.com mentions they provide free Honda car free transfer). It's very difficult to cross the road until the airport, so you need to arrange the transfer. Room is clean, food is nice but really bad service like cheating. You can't find this hotel in grab and Google map with name in trip.com, you need to search it with California international.

The room is very clean. It is right across from the airport. Just walk across the street and you will find power banks to borrow. The wifi is fast. The staff is very helpful.
