Information flow poorly managed. I believe they weren’t even aware of my booking, I made the booking a week in advance though.
It’s self check-in service. Unfortunately I haven’t not received any check-in details in advance. They don’t have a reception desk based at the condo, so I made a few phone calls, but no one pick up. Luckily the condo information desk team was there to pass through my booking information to them. I have waited quite sometimes. Then I was assigned to a random room which had not been cleaned yet. So I complained and they moved me to another room immediately.
Overall it’s inconvenient with the check-in service. But the room and facilities are quite acceptable. Although the room looks new, one thing to improve is the cleanliness. Also, I don’t like the smell of the refresher stuff in the room.

The apartment is very new and the location is very good in the central area. The room is also new. The disadvantage is that there is no hand soap, shower gel and shampoo, and no water supply. At the same time, cleaning is not provided. Other things are ok
