It was an unforgettable experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Novotel BKK1 to anyone looking for comfort and exceptional service in the heart of Cambodia. overall the hotel is great as Brand new & just Grand Open last 2 or 3 months ago. There is only 2 points to complaints, 1 are the price abit expensive compare to others hotel surrounding, 1 is the toilet design, when you shower, water will flow out from the lower gap of the shower room door and wet whole toilet & shower room area.

Apart from the drainage issues in the bathroom, the stay was mostly uneventful. Service staff was warm and service recovery was prompt.

Natalie BAUMANIS, Guest Experience & Brand Quality Manager is a great help during my stay. All of the employees are very friendly and kind. It opened only two months ago, so it's brand new. The food in restaurant is awesome and the price is very reasonable. It is located in the center of the city. It is very convenient for us to visit downtown and all the tourist attractions.
It had very modernized room. Air conditioning is so powerful, the beds are so comfortable. There are so many outlets that I can charge my cell phone and all other electric devices. Amenities are in good quality. I highly recommend Novotel bkk.
I definitely want to visit here next time.

Although the brand new hotel still has a smell, the service attitude and the hotel's supporting facilities are very complete. The price is also quite reasonable and the location is very convenient. It is in the bustling center. It is definitely worth recommending👍👍
