I stayed there around a week for the Embassy nearby, staying here was not bad, and easy to walk.

Staff - amazing, pitty that I can't give them 6 out of 5 stars, hotel is suoer clean and nice and not that far from places that we wanted to visit.

Amazing service and staffs. They immediately changed the mattress when i told them I had a hard sleeping due to hard mattress. I would definitely stay here again.

The room I stayed in was nice and clean, which was a definite plus. However, it could benefit from better soundproofing for the door, as noise from the hallway was quite noticeable. Additionally, the furniture arrangement felt a bit too tight for the space, making the room feel somewhat cramped.

Their staffs are helpful, they have a young and smart team here, easy to communicate, and they will try their best to help out your needs. It’s a quiet location, yet easy to call tuktuk, and travel other places. This hotel also has good security and lots of parking space.

Very friendly staff, and nice apartment style rooms, but the bed is quite hard (Asian style) and cleaners kept trying to come in too early in the morning (9am).

I had an ok stay at parc 21, the two room apartment was big comfortable even if I personally prefer large bedrooms to these kind of units. The pool is poorly designed it's not really possible to sunbath there as the sun is covered by the roof. The hot water in the shower was either very limited or not really warm. The area is quite far from the interesting area in PP. Better to spend 5 dollars more and get a better place in the centre

Excellent apartment hotel with super service minded staff! The hotel seems brand new with all the advantages which comes with this. Big room and nice bathroom. Modern amenities. Laundry machine on the balcony. Big fridge with freezer. Big and modern television. Rooftop pool and super modern gym with lots of different equipment. The gym also has AC and the possibility to air via windows so it makes the training session comfortable. The review is given a little lower on LOCATION, but this is based on the fact that it’s about 3-4 km from the palace and all the sightseeing points there. It’s within walking distance to several markets and the Tuel Sleng Museum (1,2 km). After all it is in the city center and it’s super easy to go by tuk tuk. There are several restaurants in the area around the apartment hotel. The staff is very friendly and service minded. They provided a smooth check-in and were very helpful during the stay. Parc 21 Luxury Boutique hotel is highly recommended.
