CA&SA Serviced Apartment Reviews

I selected and requested non smoking room but I ended up in a smelly, fishyand dirty room (named in the app as luxury room). The sofa is full of dust and dirt. The receptionist is not friendly and helpful at all. She said, she has no other room, either I let the cleaner come to spray some frangant or I move out.

Very nice service apartment. Clean and neat. Has a roof top pool. The washing machine is a bit old, but still can be used. Reception asked for a 40$ deposit, it wasn't written on CTrip.

Very good, I can find service girls easily because here many service girls stay monthly. I found a Thai sex worker here. I recommend it if you like excitement.

It’s actually pretty average and doesn’t reflect the higher rating reviews. The apartment building is far away from center of bars and restaurants. It’s very aged. The apartments have a washing machine which was good but no other items for cooking or eating. It’s bare. They also demanded inlay a USD45 deposit. For what I’m not sure but I refused. Overall, disappointing.

The service is good.

We reached early morning to Phnom Penh and checked in at around 4am. The place feels unsafe and shady at that time with lots of men and women entering and exiting the apartment. We didn’t feel safe and decided to check out and move to another hotel after resting and didn’t stay for the night.

Ok not really good but everything is ok. Recommended ig you want to be in a quiet place

One of the worst place to stay. You have to leave a deposit, pay extra 3 USD for electricity per each day of stay. There are rats inside the room. Low water pressure. They will scam your deposit saying the towels are dirty since you, obviously used them. Maid will not show up to clean the room. Avoid this place as it has rats and they will scam your deposit.

Their beds are Chinese style aka you can only sleep comfortably on your back. But overall it was a good stay. 7/10 recommend.

It is easy to find since it is located in the downtown area aka Koh pich.
