We had a wonderful stayed at Capri. The staff are very friendly and professional. The room is clean and the beds are very comfortable. Love the pillows and blankets too.

A good place to stay for the vacation if you are visiting Phnom Penh. Grab is everywhere and taking Tuk Tuk can help to go around places of interests. The level 3 comes with a small gym which is 24 hours and at that same time this level does come with token operated washing machines and dryers. Level 14 is their Dinning area. Offers varieties of food. Level 15 is their seminar and meeting area and lastly the gem of Capri By Fraser Phnom Penh the Level 16 Jacuzi open space concept. As the staff here does speak some English and Mandarin thus it is language barrier free for most people.

Everything's so fantastic and great, despite the room a bit small but enough for my wife and me...super clean and fresh.

A wonderful and brand new apartment hotel. Equipped with the most modern home appliances, delicious and varied breakfasts, very polite and attentive staff, ready to help and answer any requests and questions. A low price for such a level of hotel quality and service.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Capri by Fraser, Phnom Penh and it exceeded all my expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was impeccably clean, and the amenities provided added a touch of luxury to my stay. The gym was pleasantly well-equipped. A special shout-out to Pattya for his great hospitality and giving us great tips for our first visit to Cambodia and being so kind to give us a late checkout as we had a late evening flight. His service was impeccable! The central location made exploring the city convenient by Tuk-Tuk and the delicious breakfast spread was a delightful start to each day. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable experience!! We will be back again!

Every things are ok except the breakfast restaurant which had NO A/C. Very uncomfortable breakfast!!!

Although the room lacked in size the design of the room more than made up for it. The bathroom was spacious and was well designed. The service was excellent. My only complaint was the operation of the TV. It would take minutes to change channels.

Very clean. Tall hotel, with good city view and I got a room with sun rise view! Was able to make arrangement for late check out without extra costs. Staff always reply emails promptly and good price for the stay in the hotel! Food at restaurant is delicious too!

Excellent hotel at this price point with modern rooms, decor, and great views. Manager Mr Kol was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay better with great conversation and hospitality. Also many thanks to the housekeeping and front office teams for such diligence in handling lost & found items, and an all-around efficient and friendly attitude.
