spectacular hotel! hospitality was top notch. upon check in, they personally brought us and our bags to the room. they also had 15mins foot massage free for each guest. the room - really clean and spacious. came with the whole set of toiletries. they even provided a laundry rack and laundry detergent upon request. the breakfast - pretty basic, nothing outstanding. had a good mix of asian and western cuisine. the location happens to be in the bakery next door. the amenities - nice infinity pool albeit cold. gym was excellent, high quality machines! they also had a spa/massage place behind the reception area. it was a little pricey but it was the standard you would expect for the price you pay. the location - its across the bridge from the main city but a quick tuk tuk over solves the problem! overall would highly recommend!

Everything was good except for no proper soundproofing so you can even hear your neighbour turning the door. Already cast in stone, they won't be able to adjust or amend this strong shortcoming. Paid about 20usd a night, I will hesitate to stay here again if rate is more than this

The place is quite near some places just a grab away. The street going inside is not very narrow so it is safe. There a re coffee shops around but closes quite early. For the room, it was clean and comfortable to rest and sleep. There is a hot shower as well. Yeah it is a view of buildings and very bright. Requested a hair blower and they gave it. Thanks! Breakfast is really good! It is yum!!! Just one thing, the robe is not clean and they have to i think remove brown stains on the neck area.

The room I stayed in was nice and clean, which was a definite plus. However, it could benefit from better soundproofing for the door, as noise from the hallway was quite noticeable. Additionally, the furniture arrangement felt a bit too tight for the space, making the room feel somewhat cramped.

20 minutes to check in and it was getting towards that on checkout when in the end I just said I am going. Front desk needs to be improved. It's a nice hotel but comes short on my expectations for it to be classed as 4 star.

The service attitude was very good. They helped me with the precautions, car use, phone cards, etc., which saved me a lot of trouble. The room was in good sanitary conditions, and I could wash clothes. The mattress was especially comfortable and had good support, unlike other hotels, which were either too soft or too hard. I had a good and peaceful sleep. In addition, the hotel is close to the city, and it is very convenient to go to the airport. The entrance is very quiet and orderly. By the way, the beef noodles in the restaurant are good. I will try it again if I have the chance.
