Hotels near Cambodian Mekong University (CMU) in Phnom Penh

I stayed here two nonconsecutive nights in the same week in July. The first night the room was fine, clean and quiet. No complaints. The second night the room was infested with roaches. I got up in the middle of the night to find seven or eight crawling around on the ground and on the sink, in my things. Even after I killed a few, there were many more. I had a room facing the street and it was noisy from time to time with honking cars. There was no shower curtain so the bathroom gets very messy after a shower. Both times the staff were nice and spoke English well. I didn’t have the breakfast because, if the room is that infested, I’m not eager to try to kitchen if you know what I mean.

I would recommend one to add the additional dollars if possible for the supreme room. The difference between the standard room and the supreme room is great. The people are friendly and very helpful.

The room itself was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. The hot water was sort of come and go but for the most part the water was warm enough. The view from the room was incredible and the staff were extremely helpful. My only suggestion is perhaps adding a light breakfest even if its toast and fresh fruit. Enjoyable stay... would recommend.

When I check in staff gave a very warm welcome and good service, changed money for me to pay the taxi,food at the cafe is delicious,bed was really comfortable as well.

We reserved a suite and a connecting room for our children. It felt as if we were in a flat. We stayed one week. We asked for a view on the Royal Palace, which I highly recommend. Hotel is very new and extremely comfortable and luxurious, staff very friendly and professional. Special mention for Sotheavy Hem in the breakfast lounge, dynamic and always ready to help and to the enthusiastic Srini. As othet reviews mentioned hotel is ideally placed. Hotel was above my expectations and I can only recommend to stay there.

The hotel I booked for a friend on a business trip is very close to the airport, just over ten minutes away. The room is clean and tidy, not noisy, making people feel very comfortable and relaxed. The customer service Manager Cao is very serious about his service. The supporting facilities around the hotel are quite complete, there are banks and Jinbaocheng supermarkets, and it is very convenient to buy daily necessities. Meals are also available at the hotel. I will come again next time [shake hands]

Hotel was near the main airport which was what we were looking for. The reception staff was efficient, friendly and got us to our room quickly. We had the best lunch at CCC and loved the extensive grounds and large pool. Room was clean, spacious, good bed, good air con for the price. Shower room was a little dated but ok. We were given a packed breakfast as we had an early start the next day. We would stay there again.

At this hotel I didn’t feel any pressure or tension, I just felt comfortable and relaxed. At the same time, the hotel facilities are very modern and easy to use. The room and pool are quite clean for such an old property. However we enjoyed the pool, view from there and a good air inside the room, the shower was working. Colonial style, old buid house with minimum updates. There is a small gym by the pool, no people anywhere. There are showers and toilets by the pool. All very clean. There is no restaurant, no breakfast, no food in the fridge. No walking possibility outside - just chaotic traffic and bad surroundings. You need to order a taxi to get some food and drink. The entrance to the hotel is dirty and the fence is not opening. No cars can bring you right to the entrance. There is no real reception and assistance. Just like if you rent an apartment. Old, shabby, dark, dusty, smelly. The light and some facilities were broken. I felt myself like living in a very cheap option. Probably they wrote positive reviews themselves.
