Extremely friendly staff, modern interior design with a twist of Cambodia, nice panoramic view of the city on the rooftop. The rooftop bar was top notch, missing their signature cocktails already, even 10% discount for the guests. Though, the pool was kinda meh, small and right beside the tables, better just remove it, and the AC in our room was not working properly at all. It was keep getting shut off every hour or so, without any timer or smth. They told me they'd check but it had no difference, kept waking up in the middle of the night to turn it on. Other than that, great deal for the bucks.

I stayed at LCS twice during my 8 day trip to Cambodia. My room, both times, were excellent. It was clean and homey. The pool I didn't get to use, but it was nice and clean, with towels provided pool side for the guests. There was a hot tub, but the hotel was doing some renovation on that level to make the services and amenities better, and the hot tub was not available at the time. The Skybar had nice food and drink. I loved the smoothies! There was a drink provided during happy hour. The view of the river was lovely, and it was nice to sit in the garden on the roof with the breeze. The breakfast was varied with Asian and Western breakfast foods available, and you could find something for everyone. The maitre'd was very knowledgable and helpful. I think his staff were new, and while helpful, they were slow in service. But, I had gone up once earlier during the day and they were in a training. So they are working on improvement. The front desk staff were helpful and polite, helping me arrange a tour guide and drivers to the airport. There are no spa services at the hotel, but there is a spa that was recommended by the staff right around the corner, and the spa was quite nice. It is within easy walking distance to Wat Phnom and to the post office, should you wish to mail a post card during your journey. I loved my stay at the LCS Hotel.

Upon reaching the hotel, I was not pleased with the outside and the lobby was not what I had been hoping for. However, after I took the lift to my floor and stepped out, I was pleasantly surprised. It was very well renovated and the room was surprisingly clean and felt like it was more than what I had paid for. Definitely value for money. The breakfast was decent but of course not as same as those lavished 5 stars international hotels For the price that I have paid, I have nothing to complain about. The staffs could speak English and Mandarin so that made the communication much easier. Distance to the airport is about 10km. I will stay there again if I need to visit Cambodia next time.

We were traveling in a group, we had 8 rooms booked more than a month in advance, we arrived late because our flight was deviated due to bad weather, we contacted them to notify them about it and they replied with an ok. At 2:30-3 am that we arrived they told us that there were mo rooms available. The guy in the front desk had a really terrible attitude even saying that it was not his problem, and also telling us he couldn’t find our bookings. After a while the manager came and he did find all our bookings, and he managed to help us get the first night in a neighbor hotel (which given the circumstances we had no other choice).

Very special, one of the family members had a accident and the hotel staff reacts exemplary with a car to hospital and personal support during the stay there. going back to this city after 26 years is quite exciting so I chose a hotel near the city center. I booked City Centre Hotel via booking.com. I requested for airport pick up but no one picked me up even if I agreed with their taxi cost of 15 USD. I needed a taxi because I am going to an important meeting that same day. After my meeting, a friend dropped me off at the hotel and I found out that the hotel is located in a very busy street near bars and shops. Anyhow, I already booked. The reception told me to pay extra amount which I just paid because it is already around 8 pm and I needed to sleep. The room is very small with no exhaust and windows can not be opened. The pillow cases were stained and somewhat smelly. Breakfast is good and staff are friendly and helpful which made it better even if the hotel is not that great. After walking around the area, I found out that there are better options within that vicinity. So next time I will tray another hotel.

I started only have hot water for one only and I stayed for 4 night,and the internet it’s keep on kicking me out can’t log in properly. I won’t stay there on my next trip which in coming in the end of this year. And breakfast the second morning then one of the Waitress she told me that I can order eggs or noodles but the morning before that no one telling me.

The rooms are superb and the rooftop swimming pool. The breakfast is offered à la carte and varied. The kindness of the staff matches the level of this hotel which, despite its standing, is rather uncrowded. The central market is 700 m away and an army of tuc tucs waits in front of the entrance for all trips, although Grab is cheaper and does the same.
