Room quite small but clean and quite. Door too thin may cause other can hearing you from outside when pass your room door.Bed is comfortable. Positon of A/C is make air flow can't reach your when sleep in bed.

A great place to stay in a very charming Thai city. Spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable. The only very minor negative is that Imperial is not a downtown place, but having in mind that the whole Phitsanulok is so spread around, this is really not something to consider. It was a wonderful experience being there - and when I come back, I will certainly look for the same place first.

With 38 rooms in 4 exquisite buildings and an inspiring display of regional craftsmanship, this hotel provides an intimate experience of refined taste. The grounds combine classic Thai architectural features with a profusion of green that accommodates many nesting birds. The rooms are spacious with dark wood and crackle tile, clean, with comfortable beds. The staff are modest and extremely helpful. It appears that the previously-noted neglect of features such as the swimming pool has been corrected, although the clean pool is too small for serious swimming. I note that there is not much to entertain young children, and that the stairs might be challenging for people with limited mobility. The breakfast featured good variety and more than ample amounts, whether it was buffet when there were many guests, or a la carte when we were the only ones. The toiletries were more limited than the offerings at most luxury establishments, and several of the dinner offerings of central Thai cuisine were overly sweet for my taste, although using good quality ingredients. Overall, I love this hotel, and would recommend it for individuals or couples who need a base for exploring the Phitsanulok area.

Book a double bed accommodation for 6501. The maid looks friendly .. In Soi Wat Phai Chumpon 1 Enter Soi about 400 meters 2. There are many rooms in that alley. The mouth of the alley opposite there is a Central Department Store. The hotel offers snacks and drinking water for a normal price of 3. Can request one extra pillow and two bottles of water 4 The balcony has a lotus tub 5. Suggest that you do not open, there are small insects. 1 understand that it comes from the grass Overall good, reasonable price, there are 2 breakfasts. Enough

I stayed 2 nights there but on the 2nd day housekeeping staffs nocked the door ask me You would like to extend stay for tonight? What??!??! My booking is 2 nights stay ! 🤔 That means front desk staffs are not in communication with housekeeping staffs?!

Though everything about this hotel is basic, it meets requirements. Don't expect anymore than the price you pay for. The rooms are comfortable and everything from the front desk to room fascilities are adequate. There are a couple of casual restaurants just across from the hotel with a good selection of food, dessert and drinks.

Back from Chiang Mai - and after the plead of accommodation at the interim stop to Chiang Mai we now stayed here at Ratana Park Hotel. For the price absolutely very good. Great spacious and clean room. Simple and simple furnished. Good shower - TV and above all we had enough rest here to sleep. Personal was helpful and friendly and the parking was also free. So for the short between stop for a night absolutely recommendable

Standard room according to HopInn type, book through here and get a little discount. Personally, the cushion is a bit crunchy, may not be suitable for people with back pain. Staff are always available. If booking through the app, it may be difficult to ask for a company receipt with Folio.

Located along the riverside of Nan river and in the middle of main attractions in Phitsanulok (within the range of 1 km to 3 main temples, 5 minutes driving to Chan royal palace (historical site), 10 minutes driving to sgt.maj Tawee folk museum and 15 minutes driving to Phitsanulok airport, also plenty of local noodle shops around the place), this hotel has a perfect location! Staffs are friendly. Cutie (and clean) reception area. (You can see Nan river from reception area) Nice and comfortable room. (pity that we cannot view Nan river from our room) Good breakfast (but not variety). 990 baht net per room including breakfast for 2 (quite cheap, I think it was a discounted price due to Covid). Worth money spent, I truly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Phitsanulok. 5 stars PS. Don't miss ”Dragon bistro” , this restaurant provide you a great view of Nan river with lived music. Moreover, ”salmon with pesto sauce” here is awesome!
