Back from Chiang Mai - and after the plead of accommodation at the interim stop to Chiang Mai we now stayed here at Ratana Park Hotel. For the price absolutely very good. Great spacious and clean room. Simple and simple furnished. Good shower - TV and above all we had enough rest here to sleep. Personal was helpful and friendly and the parking was also free. So for the short between stop for a night absolutely recommendable

Rooms are very dated but work for the price range I was using. The pool was always crowded but the restaurant made up for it. Also the gym equipment is from the 90s. Staff were friendly but could def. Use a face lift.

With 38 rooms in 4 exquisite buildings and an inspiring display of regional craftsmanship, this hotel provides an intimate experience of refined taste. The grounds combine classic Thai architectural features with a profusion of green that accommodates many nesting birds. The rooms are spacious with dark wood and crackle tile, clean, with comfortable beds. The staff are modest and extremely helpful. It appears that the previously-noted neglect of features such as the swimming pool has been corrected, although the clean pool is too small for serious swimming. I note that there is not much to entertain young children, and that the stairs might be challenging for people with limited mobility. The breakfast featured good variety and more than ample amounts, whether it was buffet when there were many guests, or a la carte when we were the only ones. The toiletries were more limited than the offerings at most luxury establishments, and several of the dinner offerings of central Thai cuisine were overly sweet for my taste, although using good quality ingredients. Overall, I love this hotel, and would recommend it for individuals or couples who need a base for exploring the Phitsanulok area.

Standard room according to HopInn type, book through here and get a little discount. Personally, the cushion is a bit crunchy, may not be suitable for people with back pain. Staff are always available. If booking through the app, it may be difficult to ask for a company receipt with Folio.

Nice room, cool air, clean, very good service, but attached to the thin room wall. Do something a little bit, you can hear it all. B2 Phitsanulok School, the rooms are good, the bed is soft and comfortable, the air conditioner is cool. I would like to have a hair dryer drive in the room and additional trash cans and tissues in the room. Other than that, everything is good. There is enough parking. Have stayed two times already. Price is not expensive.

LLiminzhenThe breakfast is served from 7:00am until 12:00pm which is very nice and location is near the Bus terminal 1 where is very convenient to take the bus to continue the next trip. The room is big and clean and the bed is very big, but the wooden door is too old. And the shower is not too warm.
If you need rent a motorcycle then there is the contact information in the reception.

The room is quite large and there is absolutely no problem with the extra bed. The photos I took are darker, but the overall style of the hotel feels low-key and luxurious. The toilet is divided into three parts. The hand basin is opposite the door, the bathtub on the right, the shower and the separated toilet on the left. The sanitation is very good, there is no peculiar smell, it is clean and fresh, and the water is super fast. Disposable sanitary appliances, including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and skin cream are also provided. The sink here also has hot water, which is comfortable and convenient. Since the hotel is not on the right road, but on the side street by the river, we asked the young lady at the front desk to call for a taxi. It was very punctual and did not delay the trip at all. RRenuka PI chose to stay at this hotel because my brother had a wedding here on August 3, booked 6 rooms for 5 nights and all the rooms booked are double beds. That is, this hotel is divided into zones The double room is on the side of the hotel's wall and the single bed is on the side of the hotel's garden. Therefore, all six rooms that we booked are on the same side. The problem is right here. With it on the border wall of the hotel and the atmosphere of the hotel that is a garden. Making overall humid All rooms are very stale, less different. In terms of other matters I would like to specify as a number 1. The mattress is quite old, a hole, does not support the body. Wake up early to have back pain every day. 2. If there is a hot water kettle in the room, it would be very good 3. This one is the coolest. There is no needle / thread equipment set in the room. We borrowed it at the reception. The staff called to coordinate to the maid and got the answer that the hotel does not have needle and threads available. Send several clothes to wash. There was no problem with the cost, but what I got back was the white shorts turned yellow 5. The hotel does not sell food. No matter what time If you are hungry, then Grab food. KkevinjohnbarkerLast at this hotel and I read reports about the smell .walked in and all I could smell was a sickly air freshener smell .walked into the lifts and there was 2 air fresheners in the lift. The room was clean and bed was just ok. The bathroom was small and had a sliding window which opened to the outside .the tracks that the glass slide along was full of scum and mould.the bathroom had a smell ,so my wife told the front desk so they brought up 2 air fresheners !!!!! Breakfast was eggs and the thai ham and a little salad. Mostly catered for thai people .sat down and a bug walk across my plate .the hotel is in a little soi (street) and had dogs barking all night .not a good hotel
