We booked by Trip.com on the website with King size bed upon check in the staff informed us the room with King size bed was fully booked. I asked receptionist who welcome us to combine bed together she say yes will check with Housekeeping but in the end nothing done. So I just move my bed and join by myself but of cuz not confortable. Lucky we stay only 1 night. I would suggest if you booked on website must call to hotel to check and confirm your request and booking one more time before your check in.

The room is very clean, all the utensils are provided, the hair dryer is very powerful, I really like it. The location is convenient, you can easily walk out and find food to eat outside. As for the breakfast line, it's good. The coffee is brewed in-house and the bakery is very good and has sourdough bread as well. At night, there may be some outside noise coming in, but when the air conditioner is turned on, the noise becomes quieter. I can sleep very comfortably. I have 4 very soft pillows. The location is in the city, so there may be a bit of traffic when traveling, but for people who don't have a car, you can walk around and see the city near the night market. It's very good. Next time if I have a chance, I'll stay again.

The room door by the window couldn't be locked. We informed the staff and they knew that it was broken before but they still gave the customer a room with a door that couldn't be locked. It was very bad and disappointing. And the room was on the first floor. The door and window couldn't be locked. If something happened, who would be responsible? We informed the staff to come and look and asked to change the room but the staff said it was fine, we could stay, there was a security guard there all the time. So we left and didn't stay.

The blanket was very dusty. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast had old, chewy croissants. The salad was rotten. The salad dressing was delicious.
