"Generally speaking, the hotel maintains its own brand style and is quite satisfactory. It has enough space for business trips. This business trip was quite far from the meeting place, so I took UBER every day to solve the transportation problem."
"The hotel has an elegant environment, a pond, wild ducks, clean and comfortable rooms, and good service. Although my English is poor, the other party sent a car to pick me up after understanding. Thank you very much! Worth recommending!"
"The location was good I hotel amenities was good but just be mindful of when you do go because they do have a pool and when I went it was a whole lot of kids so wasn’t able to get in that night but got up around 8 and got in it was nice. They had complimentary breakfast it was ok. Overall my stay was good."
"Good for university, pretty easy to get other places too.
Room was nice and clean and comfy
Staff were beautiful and polite
Hotel was all clean and nice, elevators to lobby and upper floors were sometimes slow. "
"There is a shuttle bus to the airport, 20 minutes. Free coffee, computers and printers are available in the lobby. Very close to the airport. But going to the city is far away, driving for about 30 minutes"
"It was an amazing experience staying at the hotel. The room was clean and had all the essentials, but I wish there was at least one bottle of water provided. Although coffee pods were available, I couldn't make coffee without water. The air conditioning worked well, and the service provided by the staff was excellent. Thank you for the warm and comfortable stay."
"I was in town for the Roots Picnic so the location and minimal service I needed were the best features. Outside of that, if you’re looking for a space you can feel completely comfortable, like give yourself spa day type showering and grooming and walk around with your toes on the floor, this isn’t it. If you’re in town to get lit, come in and pass out, this may work for you.
My carpet had crazy stains, the mattress dipped and I could tell my sheet with either dirty or old with pen scribbles and other small stains that couldn’t come out. There was also no comforter, just the fleece blanket with the sheet over. I could tell paint was just smacked on the wall to cover repairs, part of the sink was detaching, water pressure in the shower was trash…I just did not fully enjoy my stay."
"The hotel is located in the airport area, and the corridor on the second floor can directly lead to the departure hall of the terminal building, which is a good choice for early and late passengers. The passenger flow at Philadelphia Airport is very large. The waiting line for the security check at 4:00 a.m. was so long that I was stunned. Even if it takes more than 5 minutes to go through the hotel corridor to the departure hall, we still need to reserve enough time for check-in and security check. of. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant during my stay, and the dessert tasted good."
"Very nice hotel, the room is big, very good location. This is my second time staying in this hotel. Although only one night this time , I enjoyed very much. The front desk helper is very helpful. We already checked out, but we are not leaving until late afternoon, I asked them for a room for a short stay because my son has audition in the afternoon, they gave us a very nice room to stay and practice, which is really helpful."

GGuest UserWe inadvertantly booked Trip.com instead of Hilton directly as I always do. 2 rooms. When we arrived, one room was ready but the other was not. They told us to come back closer to 2pm. We did. Wasn't ready. Come back closer to 3pm, and we were told, ”it may be closer to the guaranteed time of 4pm.” We had reservations and that would push us. However, we came back at 3 and were told that ”because you're third party.....” Everyone around us was getting a key but our room wasn't ready. We were made to feel like third class citizens because we were ”third party.” I wasn't given a chance to show my Hilton Honors number because we were ”third party.” Well, the ”guaranteed” time of 4pm came and went, and we were getting anxious about missing our reservation. At 4:20 the representative went to a manager and got some sort of waiver but explained the room was not the one we paid for. (Two queens) but instead it was 1 queen and beside the elevator. By now we were so late we just went with it. We wasted more than 3 hours in the lobby, were made to feel inferior because we were ”third party” and we had a substandard room when we paid for better. Bad experience, made worse by bad policy, insensitivity of representative by continued bexplanation that the reason everyone else was getting their room because we were ”third party”, apparently a form of low class in Hilton. Well, I'm a Hilton Honors member for decades, and while we made a mistake because you sold rooms to a third party and we were usurped online, our mistake ruined a perfectly good visit.

TToTTi19880701Facilities: The facilities are good, but some needs such as refrigerators and microwave ovens need to be called separately, but the hotel will respond in a timely manner.
Hygiene: Hygiene is very good, clean and tidy!
Environment: The geographical location is extremely superior, and it is very convenient to do everything. Ordering Chinese food takeaway is very close to Chinatown, and the food is always hot when it is delivered.

GGuest UserA very cost-effective hotel. The prices of several major foreign platforms are more expensive than Ctrip. Ctrip's overseas business is good😀
The room is small but complete, with everything a budget hotel should have. The best thing is that the free coffee machine in the lobby can make coffee and milk tea at will, and you can take a mineral water bottle in the corridor to the lobby to get water - this is extremely rare in foreign hotels, saving more than ten dollars.
The hotel is located in the downtown area, within walking distance of City Hall and Reading Market, a little far from Independence Hall but on the same road, and can be walked in 20 minutes.
It is not recommended to drive there, parking in Philadelphia is too expensive! 52 dollars a night, the hotel has a 20% discount coupon. There are two key points to remember when parking: First, the parking lot where the hotel provides discount coupons is called Parkway Parking Liberty Place, which is in the basement of the mall opposite the hotel. Don't go to the wrong parking lot! Second, you must choose hourly at the entrance, don't choose the overnight option, so that you can use the 20% discount coupon! When you leave, you can pay by yourself at the machine. First scan the code on the receipt you received when you parked, and then scan the discount code given by the hotel.

风风中诺Ctrip set, go to booking. The front desk is very convenient, it is not clear where my name is. The breakfast was quite good, the eggs and the fruit were very good. The streets are relatively clean, I am easy to turn, I have to rely on navigation😂

NNovaxThe room was of medium size and quite comfortable. The twin room can accommodate one adult and one teenager in each bed. If you want to walk to nearby attractions, there is still a long way to go, and it takes 5 minutes to drive there. The buffet breakfast includes hot foods such as oatmeal, potato wedges, sausages, Western scrambled eggs, homemade waffles, coffee, and cold foods such as milk, juice, etc. It is quite rich.

SShuihuaFacilities: During the graduation season, the prices of various hotels in Philadelphia have increased a lot. We booked a twin room and a king-size bed room. The king-size bed room is relatively large and comfortable. There is a microwave.
Hygiene: OK
Environment: No supporting facilities. There is a gas station and convenience store not far away.
Service: Overall OK
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the Chinatown of Philadelphia, close to the city hall of Philadelphia and the city hall. You can get to Penn by subway. Unfortunately, in a hurry, I didn't have a good meal in Philadelphia Chinatown.

WWiliam Paz blancoThe service is good, and the cleanliness is excellent, but the pool was closed for the weekend. The rooms do not have a minibar or smart TV.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the Chinese area of Philadelphia. The surrounding area is quite lively, but parking needs to be charged separately, and the price is not low. This needs to be noted that the hotel's environment is very good, the facilities are very new, the breakfast is not bad, in short, the price is good.
