Good hotel to stay

The room is of medium size and has a good view from the upper floors. It is mainly located in a university town. It is convenient, safe and easy to walk. There are several restaurants near the hotel that are quite cost-effective, and there is also a good Cantonese restaurant nearby.

The newest hotel in the University City, with new facilities but small rooms, and good service (we sent a refrigerator in, although we didn't bring it with us, but it was delivered quickly when we asked for it). There is streetparking nearby which is very convenient. In the middle of upenn campus.

Restaurant needs some work. Entree was very salty...waiter took off bill....at one point i had my appetizer. Soup and entree all at same time despite asking not to be and telling server..about it

Poor front disk service, the staff is not professional and works extremely slowly. No coffee maker in the room. The chairs are not comfortable. The power supplies are put far away from the desk and chairs, it’s inconvenient to charge the cellphone.

Staff was so thoughtful and caring…traveling with baby pending surgery at CHOP and they went above and beyond to be helpful and caring

It was a cold rainy day and i was wet and cold when i checked in. I arrived at the room and it was 56 degrees. Not sure i’ve ever checked into a room w that temperature! It took quite a while to warm up

Pros: Service is excellent…close proximity to campus and places to eat. Very clean and neat. The water gets nice and hot Cons: Rooms are college dormish so don’t expect refrigerators or microwave or coffee machine… electrical outlets are also at a minimum and randomly placed. The

A short but lovely stay! Beautiful hotel and the room was perfect. The staff was professional, friendly, attentive and smiling. And alert, which is not part for the course anymore. Good people.

My second stay at this property and just as tremendous as the first. Wonderful staff, convenient, comfortable.

The staff was helpful, friendly, and polite. There was a free contental breakfast, which was good. The room was pleasant, but the lighting was low. The rooms were only cleaned every other day and there was street news at night as it is on an urban busy street.

All of the staff we encountered were awesome and kind, room was beautiful. All around a great stay!😊
