Very nice property, right on the beach. Polite staff, right from check in , to the moment we reached reception for check out. Then one pathetic experience with the lady who did our check out formalities over just a bottle of water. Wasn't about paying for it but the way it was communicated ie ' you won't get it because you've checked out now ' WOW. Beware of this rude lady Otherwise , awesome property,

Moved here from the nearby Natural resort as there were mice there. As a result, we did not regret it, the staff was much friendlier, the hotel territory is cleaned, there were no problems with animals and insects in the room.

Hot water is slow but the location is extremely well, very silent, stuff is great and Thai noodles breakfast taste very good! Can book speedboat from hotels to various locations.

It takes about 20 minutes by Andaman speedboat from Tonsai Pier. It is convenient to get off the boat and arrive at the resort right away. Breakfast is included and overall, I am satisfied.

The northern part of Phi Phi Island is really comfortable and feels like a vacation. There are few people and it is very comfortable. I feel that this hotel and the holiday next to it have similar feeling. The stay is very convenient. However, the time this time is too short.
