It is ok for the price and location. Breakfast very simple. Staff not really patience. Property needs maintenance.

Avoid
Room was dirty, stains on pillows and duvet cover. Bathroom sink was blocked with hair and grime, mould all over the bathroom. Bugs constantly in the room, got bitten really bad overnight and woke up with new bites every morning

We only stayed here 1 night before deciding to go to another hotel.
The pros:
The location is good
The staff were friendly and polite
The gym was good
The cons:
The hotel is in need of a lot of TLC
The rooms are dated, the doors don’t seal which allows mosquitoes and other bugs in
We had ants all over our room
The bed was like a rock
The pillows felt like they were plywood with a bit of foam on either side
The walls are paper thin
The breakfast was mediocre

Just a very comfortable setting. Really enjoy the location from the dock as well. Very centrally located as well. Great staff, the welcome is always friendly and with smiles.

Great location, quiet place, very nice garden and Japanese trees. Not flexible about the check out. Absolutely have to be at 11am o’clock.
