Phi Phi Dream Guest House

If I could I would give 0 stars but Google forces me to give one. I don't know where to start to describe the discomfort of this place. Tiny rooms, there is no space to put ANYTHING, hard beds and without blankets already inserted, they leave you an old blanket on top of the bed that doesn't even cover you well. Let's forget about the bathroom... disaster!! Tiny, when you shower you wet everything, also since there are no windows it never dries and there is a strong smell of sewer that comes out. There is no toilet paper, we had to ask for it at the reception, luckily they said that a roll was included. 😅 But I would like to focus on one not insignificant detail: my boyfriend and I stayed here for 5 nights, we never gave any problems, we were practically out and about all day. On the last night, by mistake, we locked the door of the room forgetting the keys inside. It was around 10:30 pm. Reception closed, garage locked, there was NO ONE who could help us!! English: We tried a thousand times to contact the PhiPhi dream number but no one ever answered, we were on the street in front of the locked reception garage and we could hear the phone ringing inside. The next day we had the boat to go back to Phuket. We didn't know what to do, did we have to sleep outside even though we had paid for the room?? On the advice of a kind guy who worked in the market next door, we knocked on the closed garage to see if there was anyone sleeping inside the reception. We didn't know what to do anymore, we were desperate and there was no one, no night watchman, no one to ask for help. After a thousand attempts, a thousand phone calls, finally the garage opens and the girl from the reception comes out furious saying that something like this should never happen again, that she would even talk to the boss the next morning because according to her by knocking on the garage we had ruined the garage door (which is absolutely FALSE). In short, anything but kind!! Just because FOR ONCE we forgot the key inside the room! But I wonder, if someone has a problem inside the structure, what can they do? There is no one to talk to, it's absurd!!! In short, do not book at this place because I assure you it is absolutely not worth it. Shameful!!!!!! I was answered on Google to these words that my boyfriend and I used excessive force, which is absolutely false!! We called a thousand times, tried to call for help by voice, knocked LIGHTLY on the garage.. everything. What were we supposed to do?
