Second bedroom has a Smart TV and a queen bed. The third bedroom has a cozy twin bed and a view of the lake. Living room has a SMART TV and a full pull out couch. For your outdoor-entertainment there is a gas grill with utensils, fire pit, a deck with chairs and a bistro table/chairs. There are marshmallow sticks, coolers, firewood and beach towels for your use seasonally. Also, fish cleaning station, kayaks and stand up paddle board. There is plenty of space to park your car and trailer in the yard. There is a boot and glove dryer and hooks to dry gear by the wood stove. For the 4 legged guests, there are bowls, treats and a bed provided. Dog run to 35 lbs. For the little ones, we have some utensils and plastic bowls, bibs, high chair, and pack and play. We do maintain the property with regular pest control, but due to the surroundings, or if doors are left open, or food is left outside the house, this can attract critters.- There are no refunds for storms or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and potentially no heat for a short term. The generator is available.PLEASE NOTE: -Summer Guests The absence of modern air conditioning can enhance the rustic charm and authenticity of a log cabin experience. Log cabins are known for their excellent insulation properties, naturally keeping the cabin cooler in the summer. Opening the windows at night to let in the cool air is a smart way to maintain comfort and enjoy the natural breeze and sounds of the outdoors. -Fall/Winter Please understand, that winters are very cold in Northern Wisconsin. Our log home is large with 35-foot ceilings. It can feel drafty at times and when the temperatures drop the furnaces have a hard time keeping up.
