The room is small but exquisite. The lobby is very clean. The bed was also very comfortable. Especially the service. I encountered confusion during the trip and wanted to go to Yunding Mountain in Phayao, the designated location. While the front desk spent two hours, three or four front desk staff and management were helping me find, making phone calls, contacting local resources, and paying attention to my safety at all times. And gave me her phone number and said if I have any questions, call her personal cell phone. If you need help they will be there. The entire two hours were well organized. Thank you to the staff for their patience and warmth!

Located in the center of Phayao city, this modern hotel is less than 30 minutes from every highlight attractions in the city. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable, and all things looked new. We had a pleasant night. Breakfast was served at ”Happy Mori Cafe” in front of the hotel next to its parking lot. More than 20 a la carte dishes (including Thai, American, Japanese, etc.) and more than 10 lists on beverage menu (including coffee, cocoa, milk ,soda, etc.) to be chosen (1 dish & 1 cup). We chose ”Mori pan-fried egg + fresh milk” and ”Stir fried rice with northern Thai sausage + ovaltine”. What a delicious breakfast! Only negative comment is there was no elevator, so we had to carry our (heavy) luggage to the fourth floor. Overall I think 750 bath/night is worth spent for.

The hotel is very good. Complete facilities The staff dress politely, speak nicely, have a smiling face, have a very good personality, give very good advice, only a few parking spaces can be parked on the street. Near the front of the hotel, there is a half-pub tavern. You can park your car at the hotel and walk to travel. Close to tourist attractions, saving travel expenses to go anywhere.

Close to the main road (and yet slightly set back from it, which means that there is no nuisance from the traffic), a few kilometers away from the lake (a negative for those who seek a place close to it), Dee hotel was in-line with our expectations for our overnight stay. Our room was clean and quite spacious; breakfast was OK (we did not like the cold fried eggs in the morning though). A good choice on the way to Chiang Mai!

Staff were friendly. Hotel rooms were reasonable in size and facilities, but the bathrooms were not super clean with mould. The shower was cold in the morning, we couldn't get the hot water to work. The breakfast buffet was fairly limited and our little one was sad there were no pancakes/waffles/french toast. There's a bar attached to the hotel, the Hollywood bar which had some fun live rock music going on and we adults enjoyed that in the evening. The fitness centre is also good. The lake view was beautiful though note it's not close. Oh, the swimming pool was also under maintenance so we were quite disappointed as it was super hot.

We stayed at DD garden home for just one night and really enjoyed it. The Chinese owners are very kind and good English speakers. The modern style bunglows are of good size, well equipped, have a very spacious bath room, all amenities needed, and comfortable beds (yes, the matress is hard, but for us that's perfect). Due to construction works in the neighbourhood it was not as quiet as it could at other times, and perhaps you can sometimes hear the highway, but it is not a major issue. We were two people but had booked the triple room and even got three times breakfast which was very generous. In all, we had a great stay at DD garden home and can really recommend this accomodation. It is a bit outside of town, you will need a car.

It's considered good. I'm a person who likes to travel and like Phayao province. The hotel is very good. The air conditioning is comfortable, not too cold and not hot at all. It's like the weather is just right. It's worth it. I really like it, so it's a shame to go. For one night, it's like going to the heart and mind. Overall, I really like it. 💖💖

We arrived in Phayao tired after a day of traveling (June 22, 2022) and were having trouble finding affordable accommodation and ended up here as it was the cheapest available. Well, we got what we paid for. I found the reception staff rude and when we got to our room it felt and smelled like the room was sealed for the last couple years. The smell of staleness and mold was terrible, there was mold on the walls and dead bugs on the bathroom floor. Maybe we were simply the first people in the room after covid but that was our experience. The place has a lot of potential and it wasn’t all bad. The bedding was clean and shower was nice, the cleaning staff were pleasant and we were able to park our scooters in their parkade.
