"Nice location, beautiful and adorable, super comfy bed, Very clean and compare to the price of booking for sleep is really really cheap and valuable. My first experience is I was booked for the cheap one and it was city view but still don’t see anything except the buildings at 5th floors. Next time I’ll books the lake view which is add more for like 100-200 baht and I guess it would be great to see the lake view. Me and my girlfriend were having a great time together and the breakfast cost was so good and valuable for the price that we paid for."

"The location is easy to find, on the side of the national highway before entering Phayao City. Very clean and hygienic, and very quiet. It's just over one kilometer walk from the night market. And it's just on the edge of Phayao Lake, where you can see the lake view. The only regret is that the breakfast is too monotonous."

"A little bit out of town but honestly it's possibly the cleanest accommodation I've ever stayed in. Two small negatives are that the bed is exceptionally firm and there's no lift. (We were on the third floor and had a decent amount of luggage) Staff were very accommodating and at our request padded our bed with two doonas under the cover sheet."
