Hotel staff are very friendly. Free bicycles to use. Breakfast is delicious local food. The room I stayed is new but its closet smelled like stinky feet. There were some little black bugs appearing between the bed sheet and the wall at night. I still enjoyed sleeping here because I like the comfortable new hard bed.

What a gem, amazing value for money, possibly the best place I've stayed in my 4 months in Thailand. The buffet breakfast is gorgeous, the coconut curry and the variety. Spotless spacious rooms, super comfy, excellent ensuite bathroom, free bicycles, welcoming receptionists, attentive service, so easy to find and just minutes walk from the lake. They even let me check in early. No ants/bugs which is a welcome surprise in Thailand, not a sound, I had the best sleep, AC/kettle/fridge etc all provided, 7eleven 3 mins walk, restaurants, night market, all just minutes away. I love Phayao too, so pretty and peaceful, will definitely visit again

There was a lot of noise in the evening from an outdoor bar with live music. There was a musty, moldy smell in the room, and the air conditioning also emitted a musty odor. The room was modernly renovated, I suspect, and I've never experienced such a strong odor in a hotel. The towels also smelled bad. The only thing that was very good was the breakfast. I think I had bad luck with that room .

Номера отеля после недавнего ремонта. На 4 этаже отеля проводится ремонт, поэтому возможно днем вы будете слышать небольшой шум. Если вы планируете гулять по набережной, то вам придется до нее идти минут 10-15. В номере не было электрического чайника, фена. Хорошее освещение. Интернет работал хорошо, тв не работал исправно. Завтрак в тайском стиле. В целом соотношение цена-качество.
