The location was like a crime scene. The cleanness was poor. The building was not in good shape. The room was worse. Tons of small lizards were everywhere in the room. The toilet was not clean and maintained.

โรงแรมเริ่มเก่า อยู่ติดกับโรงเรียนอนุบาลเซเว่นอยู่ซอยถัดไปบ้างหน้าโรงแรม ถ้ามีรถก็ขับชมวิวกว๊านพะเยาซึ่งทางเทศบาลจัดสวนประดับตกแต่งไฟไว้อย่างสวยงาม น้านอาหารมีหลายร้าน

บริการไม่ดีเลย จองที่พักไป 3 ห้อง จ่ายเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว ไปถึงเช็คอินบอกห้องพักที่จองไว้เต็ม จะให้พักในห้องอีกแบบ ที่ไม่ต้องการ ยืน งง ๆ ตำหนิไป สักพักบอกห้องมี แต่ สภาพแย่มาก ต้องทนพักไปก่อน ผ้าเช็ดตัว แก้วน้ำ อำนวยความสะดวก ก็ ไม่ครบ ก็ต้องทำใจ พักไป เสียความรู้สึก เสียบรรยากาศ การท่องเที่ยวมากครับ รู้สึกผิดหวังมาก ครับ
