Located in pretty good location and lots of parking lots. Quite spacious room with basic amenities. Good air conditioner and shower. Nice surrounding and atmosphere. Helpful staff. Breakfast provided. Money value, highly recommend for travellers who love to stay close to  greenie nature and fresh air out of busy town!

Hotel is ingericht als motel, met semi-losse bungalows op het terrein. Mooie en goed onderhouden tuin rondom. Locatie is 10-15min vanaf centrum/downtown. Kamer is basic ingericht maar ruim en schoon, bed wel erg hard. Vriendelijke eigenaresse!

We stayed at DD garden home for just one night and really enjoyed it. The Chinese owners are very kind and good English speakers. The modern style bunglows are of good size, well equipped, have a very spacious bath room, all amenities needed, and comfortable beds (yes, the matress is hard, but for us that's perfect). Due to construction works in the neighbourhood it was not as quiet as it could at other times, and perhaps you can sometimes hear the highway, but it is not a major issue. We were two people but had booked the triple room and even got three times breakfast which was very generous. In all, we had a great stay at DD garden home and can really recommend this accomodation. It is a bit outside of town, you will need a car.

This resort is located on the road towards Chiang Rai, about 7 km from the center of Phayao. It is a dream place, in the middle of very well-managed gardens, with varied and multicolor flower floors, a pleasant pool and cascade of lotus flowers. The rooms are very spacious, well-equipped, with exemplified cleanness, where you can rest and sleep in the most complete calm. Very beautiful bathroom/toilet. With its location, it is almost indispensable to be motorised. The hotel is very friendly and is very friendly and is very helpful. A hotel to be missed, you will only be happy with your stay.

After a night in the city we moved to DD Garden Home a little outside because the other hotel was booked for Chinese New Year. DD Garden Home is very easy to find since it is directly on Highway 1. Despite the location on the highway, it was not so noisy by the street at night. The facility has also liked us were the owners and the staff very friendly. At the price of 750. - THB is breakfast included, with a selection from a set. We have enjoyed our stay here very much.
