Coming from Chiang Rai 1, I don't know where to go 2. Saw hotel reviews 3, so stop by, not disappointed, 4 price 1200 baht 5, including breakfast 6 Arrived 7 each dark, but the view can see Kwan Phayao 8 Tomorrow morning would be beautiful. The rooms are spacious, clean 9 Focus on white tones 10 The bathroom is 11 wide. There are 12 tea and coffee and a hair dryer. The work is considered good service. There is an employee to help lift the bag 1. The younger summer recommends a good place to travel. I'll go for the night 2nd, tomorrow we will talk about where to go. Come to Phayao, recommend you to stop by.

Staff were friendly. Hotel rooms were reasonable in size and facilities, but the bathrooms were not super clean with mould. The shower was cold in the morning, we couldn't get the hot water to work. The breakfast buffet was fairly limited and our little one was sad there were no pancakes/waffles/french toast. There's a bar attached to the hotel, the Hollywood bar which had some fun live rock music going on and we adults enjoyed that in the evening. The fitness centre is also good. The lake view was beautiful though note it's not close. Oh, the swimming pool was also under maintenance so we were quite disappointed as it was super hot.

We arrived in Phayao tired after a day of traveling (June 22, 2022) and were having trouble finding affordable accommodation and ended up here as it was the cheapest available. Well, we got what we paid for. I found the reception staff rude and when we got to our room it felt and smelled like the room was sealed for the last couple years. The smell of staleness and mold was terrible, there was mold on the walls and dead bugs on the bathroom floor. Maybe we were simply the first people in the room after covid but that was our experience. The place has a lot of potential and it wasn’t all bad. The bedding was clean and shower was nice, the cleaning staff were pleasant and we were able to park our scooters in their parkade.

The room is reasonable price. Located along Kwan Phayao. Can see the view of Kwan, but must upgrade the room fee for an additional 100 baht. At the entrance to the hotel, cars cannot pass each other. But at the hotel there is a spacious, convenient parking lot.

We booked a twin room. But when staying back, get 1 double bed, causing a waste of time to go back down to tell the staff to change rooms again Without any room upgrades in spite of the sloppiness of the staff The location of the hotel is within walking distance to the lake and many nearby restaurants and 7-11. It is also a slow 15-minute walk to the weekend night market. Although not much Don't forget to go early as it closes around 10 PM, very convenient. Simple facilities, 3-storey building, no elevator. It's not a concern for most people as long as you are healthy and mobile. The small cafeteria on the ground floor has a cozy atmosphere and the staff at the cafe are friendly. Food was ok for the price we paid. I can't ask more On the other hand, the lobby staff is not friendly and enthusiastic. Not that she was rude It's just that she doesn't care about her face when she talks to you. No looks or a welcoming smile. Overall it was up to our expectations as the room was clean and spacious. Not a bad place for a short day.

The hotel is very good. Complete facilities The staff dress politely, speak nicely, have a smiling face, have a very good personality, give very good advice, only a few parking spaces can be parked on the street. Near the front of the hotel, there is a half-pub tavern. You can park your car at the hotel and walk to travel. Close to tourist attractions, saving travel expenses to go anywhere.

The location is great with the lake view. Staff was very helpful when i made a mistake booking. Rooms were good (we stayed in Family Room and Lake View Suite). However, both couldnt gicve us sufficient hot shower. The water was only a bit warm no matter how hard we tried. (and we spent times in different sort of hotel so we know how things worked). The bath tub is great though. Yet, shampoo and soap provided were permanantly stuck next to the shower and that meant in ordrr to get it, we had to get out of the tub and walked shivering to the shower and hurriedly back! I havent had good hair wash for 2 days staying here. Breakfast was set on a beautiful rooftop but is a little bit disappointing considering the price. The
