The new hotel has just opened, so the facilities may not be 100% yet, but the basic amenities are complete. Receptionist, boss, restaurant staff Until even the housekeeper, the service is very good, hospitable, greetings with a very good smile. The food menu is modest. As I said, it just opened. Not all rooms have been opened yet. There is no fitness room yet. There is no spa massage service. In the future there may be a standard breakfast, good taste, with enough to choose from. There is a cafe, drinks and cakes. Sold in the restaurant. The swimming pool is good. There are employees who come to collect leaves and take care of the cleanliness and neatness in the early morning. Stay 2 rooms 2 nights The first night is in a superior room with a king size bed. The second night stayed in a Superior king room with pool access.

It was a breath of fresh air stepping into the Centris after a string of mediocre hotels on our way south. I particularly appreciated the concierge who guided us into the parking space and carried our bags from the car to the room, and back to the car when we left. The room is comfortable, good air-con that doesn't blow directly onto the bed, a balcony big enough for chair and table, four pillows on the king bed. Cable TV with English speaking channels, CNN, SKYE and HBO, which was a bonus. We ordered room service Steak and beer for B199 which was great. Location is good in the centre of town. At 900 Baht I paid a little more than most, but for my money it was well worth it. I'm giving it five.

Siva Royal Phathalung is far more than its four-star rating suggests. The rooms are spotless, the services are first-rate, and the staff is extremely friendly. I'm confident they've been properly trained.  7/11 is only a 7-minute walk from the hotel. Everything is within easy reach. If you require any assistance or information, talk to Bow at the Reception Desk. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Don't forget to reserve breakfast. There are a variety of sets available, including Dim Sum. If you are looking for a place to stay for a leisure or business trip, this hotel is highly recommended.

Room smell like plastic, but it ok as we know tent material may induce the smell. It’s on road side can hear car and lorry passby, overall owesome

The room is clean, the bed and pillows are soft. Convenient parking But the room is not soundproof. The alarm sound from the phone in the next room rang across.

Super location just next to boating renting service. Friendly owner also operate small eatery provided tasty food with reasonable price. However, need to pay attention to the danger posted by sliding door after the steep staircase to elderly and children. Kettle need descaling to remove rust & calcium deposite.

The rooms are convenient, comfortable, clean, good service. Accommodation is in the city, easy to travel.

New hotel, inexpensive, but in exchange for nothing but towels. 2 small soap 1 small bottle of shampoo, 2 bottles of water, such as tea, coffee, kettle, hair dryer, no plugs, there are few lights.
