Very bad. Booked a single room but got a double room. No call or notification in advance. The room smelled musty. The walls were so thin that you could hear every sound from outside. Quite disappointed from both Trip and the hotel.

A cosy place in Phatthalung Province I can recommend. Very trendy new hotel with minimalist style. Free snack and drinking water but no refrigerator in the room. They have their own restaurant and bar where you can enjoy food, drink and live music at night. (If you expect a quiet room, do not book here 😂.) The staff are nice. The thing to improve is the cleanliness in the bathroom.
