I have used this hotel when in town for business purposes but this last time i was really bothered with the loud and noisy customers

It was horrible i left 3 days early i spoke with night clerk and asked her to leave a note, which she did not check me out and did not keave a note so i was denied a refund for those 3 days. When we first got there, there was a used bar soap still in shower and hair, dirty toilet paper holder, only got housekeeping once for a 2wk stay.

There were dead cockroaches in the hallway, the front desk clerk was rude. There were non paying customers in pool. And the AC wasn’t working.

Quiet, small, good spot near the express way.
However, it did not smell good and there was brown stain spots in the tub.

Check in went well. The room was nice. There was a lot of noise at night from other guests. I think they need to hire security to walk through the building knocking on doors.

HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE! They gave me a room that was out of service. The stove did not work; Microwave did not work; TV did not work.
They refused to give me another room. I reserved a suite 2 days in advance for a specific purpose, and I was confronted with this nightmare. I paid a lot of money for a suite and I didn't get what I paid for. We came prepared to use a stove and have a nice cooked dinner, but in the end, we ate only stale corn dogs from the convenience store. ALL OF OUR PLANS WERE RUINED. IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, AND I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS CRAPPY MOTEL!!!

Bad: got a deluxe room, no breakfast, no microwave, mini fridge, $10 deposit for a flat iron
