The resort is all extensive that you do not even need to leave the resort. The location itself is great if you want to have a quiter retreat, away from the bustling of Mui Ne. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes drive to central Mui Ne. Though, everything is here and you can spend days without going out. Every morning, I am awaken by the birds chirping and sounds of the crickets instead of the hustling and bustling of the city or traffic so this is good. I find that the staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was great and the guest relation officers who are always ever-willing to provide some insights. Their tours are somewhat comparable to outside prices (especially for a personalised one as compared to shared tours). There is a lift directly opposite to my room, and I could hear people drunkenly walking to the lift or talking while waiting for it. The resort has predominently European tourists who at times could be rowdy and difficult as they kept cutting me when I wanted to check-in disallowing the receptionist to focus on me. Nevertheless, the treatment provided by the staff are the same. I only have one major issue where I had booked a massage and the masseuse waited in the room for me to undress instead of allowing me time to prepare myself which is the norm. There were also no drinks (as per normal customs) provided after the massage for a resort that is of such high luxury.

Love the privacy. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very relaxing spa (we did the Vietnamese massage). Amazing restaurant, pool, and private beach. Room was very cozy and beautiful and with a very nice pool view. Perfect and best resort! Highly recommend~

The staff are so friendly There's a place where you rent a motorcycle right in front of you. Muine ＞ The location of the cafe to return to Ho Chi Minh was also good. I lay on the couch on the veranda, nap, I went to the pool and watched the waves. Breakfast, drinks, and the best healing accommodation.

The stay at the hotel was charming. Upon arrival we exchanged our room for a beach villa for a modest fee. The breakfasts were adapted to local customs, but given that we were probably the only Europeans in the hotel, this is completely understandable. But we always had enough to eat. The other dishes were also very tasty. We took a taxi to the beach not far from the hotel, a beautiful clean beach where we were alone. We wanted to take a trip to Da Lat, which the very nice receptionist willingly arranged for us, the full-day trip with an English-speaking driver at a great price was amazing. We went to learn kitesurfing, and the entire beach was full of hotels. The hotel environment is good and the facilities are quite satisfactory, but the sound insulation is relatively checked. The breakfast is very hearty, the taste is very good, the breakfast is the most satisfying, and the service is barely passable. Already at the hardly-being greeting, the lobby staff fell unfriendly. They could also only have very little English. When check-out they fell without warning that you can only pay cash, which brought us into great time stress. Theoretically, you might be able to transfer, but they couldn't call me their bank data or even issue a bill. I didn't even get any evidence after the payment. The only nice people at the hotel were the two kitchen ladies who tried to get a understanding and smiled one and another. The hotel is very nice for itself and is located directly on the sea. Who wants to experience something outside the hotel, must rent a car or order a taxi.

What let me to this hotel was its pool. Never trusting the images, I asked. It was said 22 meters, but in fact 18.4 meters, more than adequate for exercising. I swam 72 laps every morning. The room was overlooking the infinity pool and both were facing the sea. We were a family of 3, 77, 56 and 10 years of age. Room had 2 beds. Perfect. And the bathroom was very interesting in itself with a skylight ceiling. And the best selection of soaps and creams in any hotels I have visited, and that is many. Breakfast a la carte, very good, very good helpings and very tasty. More than adequate. The cleaning-, kitchen- and pool staff did an excellent job. The receptionist could communicate better and lacked sufficient English skills. We stayed for 4 nights and was very happy wit the stay. But the Internet was very unstable with upload speeds from 0.000 bits to 9MBits. But I managed. See pictures for more Internet details.
