If the bathroom can't be wide enough to cover the pipes, why not cut it? 2. The bathroom has no door, connecting to the bedroom space. If there are 2 colleagues or anyone who is not family or too familiar, how should the privacy be when using the bathroom? In the picture, the water tap is protruding, I had to cover it with a trash can to create attention because there are people with foot problems in the room, if they trip over it, they don't know what to do. I also think about the case of elderly guests or those with difficulty walking, how can we control the risk by leaving two water pipes like that when the hotel is not a home, and the guests are not familiar with the space layout? The receptionist checked in slowly. In a family, they divided 2 rooms but arranged them apart, so they should have told the guests 1 hour in advance if there were no rooms nearby. Professionalism is not clearly shown with hotel standards. The room price is good compared to the time. But if you compare the quality with the price, it cannot be called good. Old hotels can be older than normal, but deodorizing and equipping amenities should be focused on. The room is spacious but apart from the bathroom mirror, the room has no mirror, the curtain is cracked, the bathroom door has a loose seal, the TV should be connected to the internet to have more channels, there is no shower cap... The restaurant is okay in terms of taste, but the breakfast dishes and chopsticks are not clean. The coffee cup still has old coffee... The plus point is that the room is spacious, the water is quite strong. However, the faucet is designed with two separate hot and cold faucets, so if you have adjusted the temperature to the right level, you are afraid to turn it off when applying shower gel because you will have to adjust it again later... This is inconvenient and causes a waste of resources, adding unnecessary water costs to the hotel... With the location near the sea and the spacious space that the hotel owns, if the above points are improved, I think the hotel is a place worth experiencing. Looking at the layout, I feel sorry. If the rooms are not safe for guests, they should be renovated or not put into use.

При заселении предложили другой отель этой же сети с бассейном (Fairy hills). Мы согласились и не пожалели. Единственный минус - отель находится далековато от кафе и магазинов. До пляжа около километра. Номера чистые, красивые, со свежим ремонтом, в номере хорошо пахнет. Белоснежное постельное. Дружелюбный персонал, заселили рано. Хозяйка угощает по утрам настоящим вьетнамским кофе, кофе просто волшебный. Бассейн великолепный, чистый. Территория отеля ухоженная, есть шезлонги. Вай фай хороший на всей территории отеля. Отлично высыпались, в отеле очень тихо - ни лая собак, ни крика петухов. Брали джип тур на ресепшене. Можно аредовать байк. До автобуса увезли на байке.

We arrived by bus from Saigon and a minivan brought us from the station without charging us anything. We arrived before we could use the room and they let us use the pool or rest in the lobby. They gave us a very nice 30-minute massage, the masseuse was a 10. The breakfasts were very good. The room was very large and comfortable. The pool is the best part of the hotel, huge and with a jacuzzi. The pool staff was super attentive and friendly. Located on the beach, although the beach is not the best, there are many waves so it is not possible to swim or even get in and although the hotel employees clean the beach every day, the truth is that the sea spits kilos of garbage onto the sand every day. There are no restaurants nearby, but you can use the crab app to order food or whatever you want. Perfect hotel if you want to rest, have a sun lounger and a pool. I do not recommend changing money at the hotel. Our check-out was at 12, but they let us stay until 3:30 pm using the pool.

The best thing happened in this trip and we really enjoyed all aspects of what they were offering! Although the bath weren’t functional and they sent twice the engineers to fix it …. Kinda nice but also kinda getting late …. But we would like to come back anytime for the sand for the hotel and more sand 🤩

A great and cleanest room for all my trip to Asia, a great beach, excellent service, here would be a diverse menu. Not big but very comfortable and comfortable room. I met two local staff who spoke excellent Russian. Come and don't regret!!!!

It was very nice to receive a welcome bonus in the form of a glass of coconut juice and as a bonus they also gave a coupon for a mini breakfast on day 1.
