Very close to Nova world. A free bus took us around to enjoy activities. We chose to visit Safari zoo, did not have a lot of animals. But it was ok

The hotel is located far from the city centre. I had requested a welcome room decoration to celebrate our anniversary, but unfortunately, when we entered the room, there was no decoration. Additionally, the receptionists did not provide us with any information about the hotel's facilities, amenities, or complimentary services, such as the free sauna or complimentary chocolate. There was also no coffee or tea in our room, and we were only provided with two bottles of water per day, with a charge for any additional water, despite of the fact that we booked the Executive room. Lastly, when we checked out and returned the key, the receptionist did not even smile or thank us, even though I, as a guest, had done so first.

Nice hotel with great location. Whole family enjoy staying in this hotel. Sure will book again same hotel if travel to Phan Thiet again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property itself was beautiful, and the service provided by the staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The pool and pool area were fantastic, also the Beach offering a great place to relax with a superb view. Additionally, the food was delicious, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful and enjoyable stay.

Everything is good except the location because it’s not in the city. Otherwise I still enjoy it.

extremely unsatisfactory

I love the hotel a lot, it’s new and it’s affordable. I had breakfast and lunch there for two days and they are great! The room is also very comfortable! It’s also just a street away from the beach, despite the water isn’t in good condition to swim. I would go back again.

Nice hotel

Everything was very good, the service was friendly, the food was delicious, and the room was comfortable and clean. Only bath towels, towels... and other "towel items" have a strong smell of residual fragrance after cleaning, so I think they can be improved.

I just finished a vacation with my parents at Movenpick, I have to admit that the hotel scored n*** points from the architecture to the service here, although I had to check in a bit late at 3pm, the main lobby was spacious and comfortable, the staff was polite and cheerful. The rooms are very new, everything is ancient like being on a real pirate ship. The hotel pays great attention to the environment, all the utensils are made of natural materials, in the afternoon there is also a lovely chocolate party for families with children. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of dishes, if I have the opportunity to come back, I will still choose to stay here.
