The hotel room was beautiful. The hotel had a private beach which unfortunately had litter so I couldn’t swim. The beach area was nice to just relax all day. The hotel also had a heated pool which was nice as Vietnam was a little chilly when I visited. The location really sucks if you want to do the sand dunes. It’s too far and you end up paying way too much on transportation. The breakfast was ok and had a variety of dishes. The coffee could use upgrading. The reception staff were not very friendly or welcoming. Overall the stay was good.

The room is clean and tidy, and the details are stylish! The service staff is very thoughtful. It happened to be the child's birthday that day, and the hotel specially prepared a small cake. It was full of details and was great!

A very clean and beautiful hotel. All the staff were really kind and I was really happy that they helped me with my birthday surprise. They explained our requests carefully and the guards were also friendly and helped me get coconuts. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again. It was a great memory. Thank you.

The check-in and check-out service was also kind and polite. The room was cool before I even inserted my card key, so I didn't have to worry about lowering the temperature. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of items and the tables were very clean.
