- Самое важно из-за чего взяли отель - десткая комната, которая по итогу была закрыта. Очень сильно требовали, чтобы открыли, открыли на 1 день, пототом опять закрыли. Где быть детям? Почему на фотографиях отеля есть детская комната, но по факту ее нет?!
- Несмотря на то, что вешали мешки НЕ БЕСПОКОИТЬ, все равно персонал стучался, звонил и было это не один раз. Разве не понятно, что если написано НЕ БЕСПОКОИТЬ, то беспокоить не нужно?
- Завтрак до 9:30, хотя было написано, что он до 10:00
