We checkin at the midnight, noone help us for this process except older person(maybe owner). Floor in the roon isnt clean, which is quite dirty . When we open room, musty smell spread all of room. Bed and cushion cant be better than ever.

Minh Hung hostel is a great hostel to stay at when in Sapa. It’s close to all you may need whilst in Sapa and they provided fantastic tours at a good price. Huynh and parent were always at hand to provide assistance with their local knowledge . I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when I’m Sapa. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one.

When I contacted them to book a room, they quoted a different price, but when I got to the check-in location, they got a different price. At midnight, I didn't have to carry my backpack to look for another hotel, then apologized for the wrong price. This is like defrauding customers, I have already given the content to the tourism department to resolve.
