The room key was broken and had to be repaired for 50,000 VND :( I checked in at 6am (on the male bus) and had to pay an extra day (before arriving) for 3 days without any notice but when checking out they said they had to pay 550,000 VND, the room was cleaned only when the guest said they would clean the room, in general I am very unsatisfied and disappointed..
