This is one of the most beautiful hotels we have visited. The territory is small, but incredibly well-kept - Poshanu is located in a real botanical garden. Jungles, fruit trees, flowers, ponds, croaking frogs, geckos, squirrels - you can meet a lot of animals here.
The peculiarity of the hotel is its location on a slope, which is why there are many steps. For us, this was a plus, since beautiful views open up from everywhere. The cascading territory adds zest to the hotel. The villas are made in the style of Cham towers - historical buildings of the 7th century, located nearby. The name of the hotel is associated with the bath of Princess Poshanu, one of the largest preserved to this day.
Rooms. The hotel has only 25 rooms located in four villas. We lived on the second floor. The 60 m² room impresses with large windows overlooking the garden or the sea, as well as a spacious balcony-terrace. The interior is a bit outdated, but everything looks cozy: a large four-poster bed, a tea corner, a desk, a wardrobe with beach accessories, robes and toiletries.
The lighting creates coziness - a floor lamp, table lamps, side lamps. The floor is wooden, the furniture is made of high-quality wood, a high ceiling with a fan and air conditioning. The balcony offered a stunning view of the sea and the jungle, and at night we fell asleep to the sound of the waves.
Breakfast. Served in the restaurant by the beach. The choice of dishes is not the largest, but everything is delicious: Vietnamese soups, omelets, salads, hot dishes (pasta, rice, meat, fish). Fruits and fresh juices are in abundance, I especially liked the dragon fruit juice. Traditional Vietnamese coffee is a must-have for breakfast.
Service. At the highest level. The staff is always ready to help, especially the Thom employee, who took into account all our wishes. The cleaning ladies kept everything clean and tidy, and the gardeners greeted us every morning.
Pool and beach. The hotel has three pools: a large one (25 m) and two for children. The beach is secluded, with sun loungers and towels for free access. The sea is calm in the morning, and the waves rise in the afternoon.
Massage. There is a massage parlor on the hotel grounds with pleasant discounts before lunch. I especially recommend the massage with aloe for the face and coconut oil for the body.
Atmosphere. Complete relaxation and unity with nature. No fuss, only birds singing and silence. In the evenings, soft lounge music is played.
Cons. No slippers (only beach ones), a power outlet only on one side of the bed. The hotel is located 1.5 km from the tourist street, but for us this is a plus - silence and privacy.
Poshanu is a hotel you want to come back to. We even celebrated the New Year here, enjoying the view from the balcony and the sound of the waves. Definitely recommended!
