Everything was great! Host and team were very polite and helpful with all our questions, even with a parking spot, really very nice and friendly! Room was clean, big and cool, with a sea view, just like photos. Check-out was fast and perfect! The territory is amazing: beautiful pools, areas, animation, evening music, lots of stores and spots. You have a whole impression being in a big city.

The prices here are very good. The location is a bit far from the city center, but walking down to the beach is quite beautiful. It feels more like an apartment complex than a resort. I don’t have any higher expectations for this price, but I think the shops located under this apartment complex need to be more selective. Their way of doing business doesn’t align with the image of a place that is supposed to be upscale. It feels too ordinary, like being in a market, and that's the only point I don’t like.

The first time I had a terrible trip. But I accepted it because you get what you pay for. I probably won't dare to come back to APEC Mandela forever. There was no entertainment, the food was too expensive and it was too bad. It was too far to get to the city. The green taxi cost up to 450,000 VND one way. I traveled from the South to the North everywhere, this was the first time I had a bad trip and it was so disappointing. On the other hand, the receptionists and service staff at the hotel were lovely and helpful.

The hotel is located in a complex of 6 towers with its own closed territory.
On the territory there are 4-5 cafes (cuisine for an amateur) and one restaurant, but since it is the only one, it happens that you can be offered a wait of 1-1.5 hours, which is sometimes not very appropriate.
The rooms are clean, there is enough space, the view was on the inner courtyard.
Due to the fact that the complex is large, service was not always provided on time.
