We booked a 2-bedroom suite. The surrounding environment is okay, but it is really remote and the room smells bad. For our family of 5, except for me who took cold medicine, no one else got a good rest. My husband and mother didn't sleep all night. The management is not a regular hotel management, the front desk is just a decoration, because the check-in, check-out, and registration have already been registered, the front desk is not responsible. I waited almost half an hour to check in. There was a phone number on the room card, and I called if I had any questions, but the front desk didn't handle it. We waited for half an hour to check out, and the change we left in the room was not returned to us because we couldn't wait for them to check out. They also refused to let us check out early. Fortunately, Ctrip communicated with us, otherwise it would be more troublesome to check in and check out.
