The room clean and comfortable, but what impressed me most was the excellent customer service. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. Even at 11 PM, when my husband needed a lighter, they brought it to my room within minutes, with a friendly attitude and no hesitation. Their dedication truly made my stay pleasant and memorable.

The service is good, the staff is so friendly and professional but they need to improve their transit and check-in check-out service. There is no way 2 buses can handle for the whole resort with over 300 rooms. If they can’t handle it they should use a third party to do it so customers don’t need to wait for 20 minutes for a ride, it would be OK if you don’t have any kids, but my family vacation has 4 kids under 2 years old so you could image it yourself.

một resort nhỏ xinh gần khu Golf của Nova, di chuyển sang các công viên cũng tiện lợi. có xe buýt miễn phí. phòng nho nhỏ xinh xinh. cảnh quan xung quanh cũng đáng yêu, nhìn như lạc vào ngôi làng của Hàn Quốc vậy. bạn Vy lễ tân dễ thương lắm, nhiệt tình bạn Đại lái xe điện cũng đáng yêu hồ bơi cũng là nơi tôi rất thích chiều ở đây ngắm hoàng hôn đẹp lắm, tiếc là tôi không chụp lại được. nếu có dịp các bạn cứ trải nghiệm nhé.
