I have been a diamond member of Ctrip for ten years and have almost never written a review, but this experience was really infuriating! First of all, how can this hotel have the nerve to be called a five-star hotel? ? ? There isn’t even a lobby or counter for check-in? How dare you charge 5 million VND per night? No paper towels? What you can see in the photos is that the environment of the two bedrooms and the shower facilities are simply crude, uninstalled or damaged! The second bedroom has no drainage and only has a glass partition. It is no different from a horror hostel worth hundreds of thousands of VND! The master bedroom bathroom is even more speechless! Just dismantle the shower! The faucet in the bathtub turns into a fountain when the water is turned on! ! ! The whole toilet was filled with water! Moreover, the ground cannot drain water by itself at all, and there is simply a problem with the drainage slope of the mud on the ground! I was sweeping the water by hand all night long! What pisses me off the most is letting my three-year-old slip and fall in the bathroom because of the stagnant water that cannot be drained out! ! ! I don’t even dare to let my elders use the bathroom in the master bedroom! My heartfelt advice is to never stay here!
