Poorest service ever.
Slow front desk check-in. Many guests were waiting for more than an hour to get to room keys.
No aircon in elevator
And I was answered that they dont provide room cleaning or make-up service 😡, even I stay more than 1 night!!!!

Out of town but that's ideal for some. Amazing brand new facilities, staff really friendly and much improved compared to previous sub-optimal reviews re: service. It's clear that a lot of effort has gone into training staff. A great place to stay

The hotel is new and the environment is very good. The room is a bit small and the location is relatively remote. Mainly caters to Koreans. Most of the staff don't speak Chinese well.

I had a splendid evening with my best friend. We were hanging out at the pool and the view was spectacular. They serve drinks on the pool. The staff here was very nice and helpful. I will recommend this place to my friends for a pleasant vacation.

Calling Mandala a 5 star hotel is putting lipstick on a pig. Service is non-existent. During our 3 day stay, there was no room cleaning, towel change, or toilet paper (thankfully, we always carry some on our travels). I booked a kitchenette which had no kitchen ware. When I asked for some, they said no cooking in the room. You have to purchase ice. Charge of 50,000 Dong/day/person for using pools. The air conditioner barely keeps up when set at 17. There are no beach facilities and no one is allowed on the beach after 10:00 pm. Mandala is 15 km out of town and not easy to get there. Mandala Cham Bay has a blue card if you book through booking companies (no service) and a green card. My advice is to do your due diligence and read numerous reviews. There are many great hotels in Mui Ne city that enable you to have culinary and cultural experiences. There are 6 escalators in succession to get you from the lobby to reception and then a walk to the beach. The food is good. The breakfast buffet is average but expensive.
