Very poor service.. it's my personal experience. 1. No luggage boy , you have to carry your own luggage 2. Staff is not polite at all. They are not trained for handling of guests. 3. Whole ***agement doesn't have coordination at all. ***ager doesn't have control over their staff . While doing advance booking, make sure that you have all the call or video records of booking. Don't believe on their words. Later on they ask money for everything. 4. ***agement doesn't value customers. They behave like they doesn't need customers. Told me that we have alot of booking, so we don't heed if someone are not happy. 5. Cross check all the bookings. I had booked non AC rooms and they took charge of AC rooms. Don't pay any advance 6. For each small things that mentioned in itinerary, you have to ask multiple times. 7. Pls don't conduct any programs in their party hall. Worst staff behaviour and service. No any service. No cleanliness. Utensils like dishes, bowls are dirty . Overall don't chose this hotel even if Dont have any option.
