I only have one request for my return and it is to be allocated permission to smoke on my balcony. I'm booked for another x4 night's stay from the 27 till the 30th for another business trip and I will be bringing my colleagues of which x3 of them are also smokers. It is very unaccommodative to host smokers in a non smoking establishment. Is it possible to group our rooms to the far end and to allow us smoke on our balconies ( not in the front hallway but the back)? If so then we are back for a fun filled stay. And lastly we were mixed up on the forms ... I am miss Malete and not miss Hailele, thank you.

The Hotel has spacious accommodation and the staff were willing to help in many ways. We were on a bike trip and needed to store and fetch bikes. Nothing was too hard for the friendly staff at Bushveld Terrace.

Revisted this hotel prior to entering the KNP, lovely rooms, friendly staff and convenient to Phalaborwa Kruger gate, enjoyed a lovely meal outside under the Maroela tree with friends

Perfect honeymoon stay We stayed for over a week and ventured into the Kruger park, just on the doorstep! Great food, service, very comfortable room and pool area. Always clean and accommodating. Cannot recommended staying here more, it’s perfect! We can’t wait to visit again soon!

The staff is very friendly, but unfortunately our stay did not meet our expectations. What bothered us was the noise that other guests made, and which was accepted by the staff. Not only on the veranda and at the pool was it very loud, but also in rooms. For guests hoping to enjoy the peace and sounds of Africa, you may be disappointed. We were there on a weekend and the hotel resembled a night club. At the pool some other guests had their own speakers and were playing music loudly. On a more positive note, the food was excellent. Breakfast was also peaceful (guess most of the party goers were still asleep then).

The service & the staff were excellent. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and the breakfast served was great. We invited our family to dinner there and the meal & service was top class. Very happy with our experience there.

Fantasticly friendly people, great rooms, comfy bed, really, really good restaurant. Not much more to ask for from a hotel, would definitely use it again. It's *right* on the doorstep to Kruger, although it's not my favourite part of Kruger as there are too many mopani trees!.
