Our stay at Parsons was great. The lodge at the river offered everything we needed. Three rooms. also for the children. A beautiful view at the river. Elephants walking by. They have a great cook. Good meals! The last minute safari to Kruger well organised. So no less score than 5

We’ve spent 2 nights at this wonderful camp. We had a warm welcome by the staff and settled in our amazing tents with plungepool! The food was great and tastef some real African meals and the safari’s were exciting and fun with our guides. Also it is a place to slow down and relax and absorb the amazing nature!

Perfect stay i n the middle of nature, close to the beautiful animals. Which you can see from your porch and tent. Very nice staff that gives you a warm welcome. Gamedrives are amazing.

AMAZING. what a team and what a service. Better than five star. It is so intimate and personal and the lodge we stayed (parsons hilltop tented camp) is a dream come true. The food is interesting, different every day and the braai night unforgettable, under the stars. Elephant came in camp and we saw a leopard from the deck, the game drives with estalie were super and we slept like a rose in the beautiful tents. You must go there!!!

What a great holiday! Everything was perfectly organized. The hospitality was heartwarming and friendly; you felt immediately welcome. The moment to really relax. Going on wildlife adventures and excursions. What an experience! The food was delicious, varied, diverse, and a pure pleasure. Mirjam, what a fantastic concept you have created! For anyone who loves nature and wildlife, this is an absolute recommendation.

Parsons Hilltop Safari Camp – a magical stay! What an incredible place! Parsons Hilltop River Camp is beautifully located in the heart of nature, overlooking a river where hippos, crocodiles, and even elephants regularly pass by. The lodge itself is stunning — super comfortable and stylish — with a lovely veranda and a small pool to relax between game drives. Every morning and evening, we went out with a skilled guide and tracker who passionately took us through the bush. We saw so much: the Big Five, rare birds, and even a whole pride of lions up close! The food was fantastic, the atmosphere warm and personal, and the entire team made us feel truly at home. Every detail was taken care of — we felt like royalty! In short: a special, luxurious, and unforgettable safari experience. We would recommend it to anyone! 🐘🦁🌄

Our first vacation in South Africa. Tessa, our vacation manager has booked this for us. It was very good. Especially the food was very good. The cook was very good.
