房间不大，但是干净整洁也比较新。退房后因为是晩上走，它让我们免费寄存行李，还不错。The room is not big. But it’s clean and new. It let us store luggages free. It’s not bad. Комната небольшая. Но здесь чисто и ново. Это позволило нам бесплатно хранить багаж. Это не так уж плохо.

Отличное местоположение. Рядом всё самое интересное и лучше кафе и рестораны. Отличные номера, всё исправно работает. Очень вежливый персонал. Даже позволили по-раньше заселиться. Поставил 4, а не 5, потому что очень плохая шумоизоляция. Буквально просыпался от будильников соседей. Слышал их идеально и надеялся, что побыстрее отключат.

Удачное расположение на берегу Онежского озера. До центра рукой подать. Приятный персонал. Классный шведский стол на завтрак. Отдыхали в троем семьей, нам предложили номер улучшеный с большей площадью чтобы поставить доп. Кровать. Жили на 11 этаже с шикарным видом на озеро. Есть халаты, тапочки и все для мытья. Кулер а холле на этаже. В номер не обслуживают,но мы попросили и нам принесли) огромное спасибо. Номера не очень свежие, но ещё вполне приличные. Wi-fi хорошо работает.
